The class is a Pre-natal Aqua Wellness class, conducted in our indoor heated pool. The class will focus on maintaining cardiovascular fitness and strength during pregnancy, pelvic floor health and mobility while experiencing weightlessness and calmness of the water. Open to all stages of pregnancy.
